The Temporary Climate Solutions Ltd T500 is a powerful and versatile mobile temporary boiler room designed to provide efficient heating solutions in challenging environments.
With a capacity of 500kW, this bespoke-built trailer-mounted unit offers a high level of mobility and manoeuvrability, making it ideal for reaching and operating in hard-to-access locations and rough terrain. The T500 can be rapidly towed to the desired site and easily unhitched, allowing it to be pushed into the correct location with minimal effort.
Powered by three Ideal Evomax 2 gas boilers, each with a capacity of 150kW, this bespoke-built trailer-mounted unit offers exceptional heating performance.
It incorporates a 600kW LTHW (Low-Temperature Hot Water) plate heat exchanger with DN80 3″ camlock connections and a 300kW DHW (Domestic Hot Water) plate heat exchanger with DN50 2″ camlock connections
The T500 is equipped with EASYIO BMS (Building Management System) control system, enabling remote monitoring and two-way communication for enhanced efficiency and fault management. The remote engineering facility ensures prompt response to any faults or out-of-parameter readings, minimising downtime.
